Motoringlawbarristers.com was created almost a decade ago by motoring law specialist Ashley Barnes, still the driving force behind the organisation, to allow members of the public to instruct only specialist barristers nationwide without the expense of also dealing with a solicitor.
A barrister since 1990, Ashley is well known figure in courts throughout the country and is regularly instructed by specialist solicitors to deal with cases in the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and – for the most technical and important cases – the High Court, as well as being in the forefront of bringing direct access to barristers to members of public.
We believe that most cases are won and lost in the preparation. For that reason, the barrister you see in court will be the same barrister you have dealt with throughout – and the same barrister who has prepared every word of every page of your case.
